has been building award winning antiques, rods & customs for over 30 years.
Frank J. Blefari Jr., the owner, has been repairing and rebuilding cars since high school.
After a one year search to find the perfect location, an old lodge in Pawling, New York was converted for restoration work.
These buildings house a full service mechanical shop, welding and fabrication area, paint room, and year round climate-controlled collector car storage.
Along side the restoration work, Frank built his first shop project, a 1932 Hiboy with a flathead.
By today's standards a true nostalgia piece.
The next project was a 1933 Chevy 4 door sedan street rod.
Our former shop rod, pictured on our business card, started life as a 1931 Ford 2 door sedan.
With some extensive customizing it was reborn as a '31 Sedan Delivery.
This car won the Eastwood Trophy at York in 1996.
We're currently putting together a 1936 Dodge four door convertible.
Only 14 are know to be in existence and this will be the 1st one that is street rodded.
We plan to debut this semi-smooth Dodge in coming months with some unique features that we've designed.
Our cars, both restored antiques and rods, are still out there with a host of awards and trophies associated with them.
We've worked for notables in the television, film and music industries
as well as one former Vice President.
You can see our work at Hershey in the fall or York in the early summer; or perhaps you saw our commercial on one of your local cable stations.
Parts we used to make by hand can now be bought from any of the major manufacturers the we proudly represent.
The industry is always changing and we're happy to have been a part of it for over 30 years!
